I wonder why that wasn't sufficient for them. That's pretty much everything that I have sent as well. I did have hotel receipts from the two places we stayed. The one that was only in Turkish I had it translated. Other than that I think we have the same documents so I'm wondering what their problem was

I believe they just made stuff up to buy them some time.

I believe it is for both...there is absolutely nothing interesting in my background so we are suspecting they may be looking into travel my fiancé did in the past in the Middle East for work? No idea at this point! Thank you, we’re hoping for some answers soon

Hmmm.. interesting. Perhaps that is exactly what they are looking for.

I've gone over everything in my mind 100 times... and the only thing I feel that would hang us up is the passport photos. I sent TWO in of each of us :D One set we did ourselves, the other set we got done. I hate both sets for different reasons. I swear to god, it was either too dark or way too bright.

If I get an RFE for those.... I think I'll pass out!

You just filed so no worries just yet...plus an RFE can be an easy fix that won’t delay your case very much. Good luck!

I hate to be the winner on who's been waiting longer but 344 days here. Will be a year soon. Never got RFE.

Yes it’s actually day 389 now

So you're June 2017 filer. That sucks. I'm sorry to hear that. Did you submit case inquiry or congressman? I submitted inquiry twice and both told me to wait for 60 days. I wonder if there's anything else I can do cause I also can't meet my husband during the process.

I have done all of the above and submitted an inquiry through the Ombudsman...all to no avail. Way too long for a K1. We decided to pursue a lawsuit now to at least give us an answer so we can plan our life...
