I am due to attend my k1 visa interview at the embassy in London next week (16 March). I have scheduled everything online, as instructed.. but i have not received any letter in the mail confirming my interview date/time.. is this essential? I have seen some posts saying that the staff at the embassy ask to see your appointment letter first ? Help !

They do not send appointment letters because they no longer pick the appointment date. Print your confirmation of making your appointment online to show. If that fails, they still have a list of appointments for the day and you will get it. It just goes faster for them if everybody shows up with the confirmation In hand.

@LucyDolly

That was supposed to say you will get IN (even without a paper)
