Wondering if others were asked for their receipt of payment of the visa fee payed at embassy interview...?

 

Or if at moment of payment do we give information linked to our case to prove we effectively payed for the visa fee?

When you pay you do it with ur account on nvc page and if you dont pay you cant do anything.  On the other hand u can download and print ur payment receipt.

I think its depends on the interviewer at interview because he may or may not ask for ur payment receipt.

If this is DCF, you pay this fee during your interview schedule at the embassy. DCF don't pay anything online at NVC stage since DCF basically just skips NVC and all we do that involves NVC is to fill up DS 260 online and submit it without paying any fee. Goodluck!
