My b2 visa was under admin processing, so yesterday embassy called up a school that a studied before for ccna course to check. First the secretary who is my trainer wife answer the call and acording to her the woman that called coudn’t give my name properly so she said she does not know me. later when her husband comes he knew it could be me. so He told me and write to the embassy on my behalf to rectified the issues, he received an auto repliy, he tried to call but it is not possible.

My question is that why embassy ask if I work there instead of asking if I studied?

After the e-mail that the director sent to them do you think I should contact embassy myself or no need

can this hole issue affect the outcome of my application?

Thanks
