i have travel before to USA do i have to fill information 38.a to 38.h in the form

Hey Team, i have a question... i have traveled before to USA, maximum stay for 20 days... so in the I-129F do i have to support that with any additional information?

 

 Because i see some ppl talking about I-94 form putting in the form I-129F... so I;m really confused..

I struggled with this as well because on the I-129F itself, it says to fill it out if the beneficiary is CURRENTLY in the US.... while the official I-129F instructions say to fill it in with the beneficiaries last I-94 report. I ended up just filling it out and doing a short explanation of why I did so on the additional information page at the very end.

 

You can get your I-94 here:https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home

Once you get your I-94 it will be very clear how to fill out 38 a.-h. as they are virtually the same. 

 

Whether or not you want to fill it out is up to you, but either way I would print out your I-94 and include it with the I-129F petition packet.

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I didn't get a notification for your post. I wouldn't worry about the location not showing up as the online I-94 is often inconsistent. My fiance's I-94 made it look like he entered the U.S. and never left, so I had to put together a bunch of extra paperwork to prove that he left. It was really stressful but in the end, it's a super reliable system and I wouldn't lose sleep over it.

@ADAngelThank u so much for ur answers... in my travel history there is not that 11th digit record number... and i dont remember they never gave me that white paper when i arrived to USA, NEVER in my 4 visits i have done there.... so i will just leave that space in blank or put N/A

You should be fine, because the record states that a departure occurred. My fiancee's also says unavailable for some reason. I'm not sure why, but the departure date was correct, so I think we're good.

@ADAngel NEW UPDATE! after try with the most recent I-94 form i try with my first name and my two last name not just with ONE and works! Thank u so much! i get the Record Number
