I-129f aditional documents

hello everyone , you guys been very helpful in the past ,so I would like to know if anyone here went trough this before

my fiance and I aplyd for I-129f march 14 we got the 1rst NOA march 21 then on april 18th we got an e mail statting they require aditional ducuments which they will send us a letter about in regular mail that day

now 2 weeks later and after numerous calls to inform them the letter has still not arrived in mail , they say they will do a request to mail it again , and we will have to waite 45 days from now to see if theyr 2nd letter ( we never got the first ) will arrive in mail before we can call them about this situation again , has anyone else had an experience like this ? I would like to know if we are the only once and will they realy mail it again ,this is very upsetting to us but we will hang in

I'm sure there have been folks who did not receive the original RFE letter. Afraid there's not much else you can do but wait.

What did you send in as evidence the first time around? Let us know, maybe we can predict and help you gather some stuff before you get the letter. You can't send anything in advance of getting the letter, of course, because you wouldn't want to confuse or delay the process further.

Also - you can check out the RFE thread pinned at the top of this forum and see if anyone else's story (their submitted evidence) sounds like yours. All a guess at this point (RFE could mean "you didn't sign this form"), but it might make you feel better than just waiting.

Have you tried calling the 800 number asking them what the RFE was for? I was able to speak to someone at CSC when I called about and RFE.
