I've never heard of bringing noa2 to the interview. Which embassy requires this?

you need noa2 for AOS, even if you decide to take it. do not give the original

I believe for K1 it can be done, but they won't stamp at that moment, beneficiary will need to go and get it stamped after receiving the visa.

I see.. however ridiculous that is - as if it was not confirmed it wouldn't reach to an embassy- if it is listed as it is...

Are you sure that is not the confirmation letter of DS-160?

You are right... and great at regurgitating information... but anyone that has any actual knowledge of the Philippines... knows it's a big thing to go from Davao to Cebu and back... (definitely two day proposition)...

Yup and that’s what my fiancee will be doing once she received her visa.

Does my fiancee need to bring the NO2 to the K1 Visa interview?

As others have stated, no the NOA2 is only needed for AOS. But, if you are wanting to be cautious I'd like to share a tip with you. When my wife was going through the process, (she is a very detail and organized person which I appreciate from her) she had a binder that she used with plastic pockets. Still uses it today. She would organize every document with copies in the event she needed to use for her daily processing. Hence, she had everything with her all the time so there was never any mistakes along the way for not having a document.

The other thing that made our life easier was we used "Drop Box" to store digital copies of all our documents. She could access them in her country and print when needed. To this day we still access those documents when needed.
