Just follow the Guideline.

It took them about 1 month to be ready, however no notification so you have to make sure you login from time to time to see the status of your application. Hope they improve the system in future.

It cost you RM20 once ready.

Thank you so much for the response. I already got mine and it is already ready for collection. Now my question is: Can i not collect it now and just get it later upon receiving our NOA2? Will it expire in the malaysian embassy upon not collecting it? Tnx again.

The date in the certificate will be the date it is issued. No matter you collect it now or later, 1 year started on the issue date. Previously, I ordered mine earlier because I thought I will get my NOA 2 soon that time. However, our NOA2 taken longer and to make it worst, it take longer time at NVC and the earliest date available for the interview is 1 month after embassy received. End up, I need to get a new one to be safe.

DISCLAIMER: I'm not working with USCIS/NVC and never work with them. All my comment based on my own experience and what I read.
