Need help please ASAP

How are you doing everybody in vj ?

I hope you are doing alright .

I have some concerns please.

 

Me and my wife moved to a new apartment around last Nov and we have changed our address with uscis and USPS 

1. Should my wife file form I 865 although she is not my sponsor, my uncle and his wife are my sponsors ?

2. Should we be worry about filling late , we never know that ?

 

The second thing please ,

I came last may to NC then I moved to NY without updating my address ,

And then moved from NY to NC without any updating ,

And then I moved from NC to somewhere inside NC but this time I updated my address .

The first couple times I never know that I am required to do so , and the last time my mother in law said to me that we should update it .

 

3. Am I fine since I update the last time ,or am I required to take any action ?

 

Any respond will be appreciated .

Your wife will always be your primary sponsor so yes, she needs to file.

You're probably fine - I wouldn't bother trying to update the old addresses. If you file for citizenship you will have to list all your addresses and they might ask you why you didn't update... At that point, tell them about how, at first, you were unaware that you had to update.

So no need to worry about that right the updating even I will file for I 751 next Feb  and I Am required also to list all my addresses ?

 

And another question please should my wife file I 865 or no need go do that?

Yes, your wife has to file I-865. And remember, going forward, every time you move (until you become a citizen), you file AR-11 and your wife files I-865.

 

No, your I-751 only asks for your current mailing address and current physical address.

But I think that form I 751 part1 Q22 asks

if you have resided at any other address? 

Is that right?

Should I include every address I have resided in it ?

If it asks that, then yes. I don’t remember that question but the form has changed this year. It won’t matter. Just be honest.
