Aug 10 passed 10 months mark 

How do they pick and choose cases ???

December getting approved but  October  and even some people from September still waiting 

In 3 days I can inquire about "outside normal processing time " ...

Not sure if I should do that , some people posted that after inquiry USCIS always responds with RFE ...

Anybody done this ?

Yea! I have a friend still waiting from Oct 15.. I really want to know how do they pick 😒 my suggestion don't afraid to place an inquiry sometimes they skip or forget the cases..

Our lawyer filed for outside of normal processing time and we were approved with NO RFE request

Idk how they pick or skip, maybe citizen request get priority before residents, because I been reading on some threads that some have been approved fast as 3 months.

I can’t speak for all cases but I can tell you I sent an inquiry for my case being out of normal processing times and I got an email to give them 60 days, i did not get an RFE and got my approval exactly 60 days later

Thats just wrong ....

Case is outside time frame and then another 2 months ???

I am leaning towards not to inquire ...

Will just wait a week or 2 and see whats up 

Not going to make any big difference anyways 

It is what it is . But this way they might do it without me waiting for two more months .

How long did it take after inquiry? 

So much of it is a blur but on April 9 we got a notice that inquiry was sent April 9 and our approval was 4/11.  They sent that to lawyer not us And lawyer sent us a copy and later gave us original

Has anyone heard from Potomac? I'm from Oct 25, 2018 and no one from this month, that I have heard off, has heard back. I'm almost at the 10 month mark. Meanwhile Nebraska is approving December months now.

Thanks everyone!   I will let u know about our interview date.  Should be soon since the embassy has our paperwork already.  Bariskurt just wanted to let u know that i spoke to our lawyer today and he said there is no way to get a state id or drivers license with the 601a in ny or nj.   Only with a green card.

Wow thank you for asking.. who is your lawyer? Mine is in Ridgefield Nj his name is Garo Bakmazian.. He told me that he has done this process more than 40 times in the past and got them all approval.. 😅
