How long it's been since the rfe that you sent Tysaa? It must be more than 2 weeks right?

congratulations to those that have received their approvals, hopefully you can submit your ds260s and i864 soon. and know you'll have to wait patiently yet again because USCIS is taking their sweet time sending approval notices to NCV, my i601a was approved on june 26th and USCIS has yet to notify NVC as of now and NVC cant declare a case complete until they receive the approval notice from USCIS or so I was told, either way i'd recommend sending a copy of your approval notice with the i864 package. good luck to everyone, we are one step closer.

Yes , after the approval it takes some quiet time to notify nvc side.. "30-90 days" after that you just wait for your appointment..

By the way, I just saw from FB groups that someone got rfe.. Receipt date Nov 23. And the rfe was about a major ticket that he got pulled over and given a surcharge because of driving with expired license "That was 10 years ago tho" And rfe was stating that he needs to prove that he paid all the necessary fees and make a statement on his behalf why he didn't include this with his original appapplication in the beginning. Wow wow.. 😔 so I'm most likely getting rfe guys cause I had the same situation 4 years ago..

Think positive.  Everyone situation/case is different.

Every case is different from person to person, if you don’t get an RFE that’s great, just make sure you take all of that documentation they asked that person with you to your interview just in case you get asked there and don’t end up stuck outside the country over something so trivial. Good luck. And on what I posted it was more of a heads up because idk how long it took for your i130s to be sent to NVC but mine only took 19 days. Now the i601a has already taken over a month and counting. Also NVC takes a very long time to process i864s and supporting documents, I sent mine a month ago or so and they still say they don’t have them. Therefore, it is going to be months before my case is complete and until then I won’t be in line for an appointment which for mexico it is taking 9-10 months to get an appointment

Well I want to say thanks to all the people on here who have given me their support throughout this entire process, whether you all have realized it or not. Just knowing that there are other people out there going through the same thing that I am has given me the strength to continue this arduous and difficult process.

Our original receipt date was September of 2018 (can't remember the exact date). We received an RFE on June 19, 2019. I sent in the response to the RFE almost immediately after getting it, and just today we received our approval notice via the app. I am happy beyond words! Now, we wait for our appointment in Juarez. The end is almost near!

Even though we have a shithead for a president, I will always have faith in my country (I'm an American and my wife is from Mexico) and its immigration system. Good luck to everyone who is still waiting, keep the faith, and never give up hope. If anyone has any questions, feel free to ask.
