Ties, Please don't cry. It will be ok. I am routing for you and praying. I know how draining it is, remember we were just in this boat together. Just because I got an approval doesn't mean I stop praying that you will get through too. This RFE is just a bump in the road, Pretty soon we will be talking about this experience and how we grew from it. We got this in the name of Jesus. Positive vibes my friend🙏.  Oh, We don't have a date yet, hubby had emergency surgery that set us back a little. But we will be able to send everything hopefully Friday.

I got and RFE  and cried had multiple panic

attacks they did the same and wanted evidence on everything I literally thought it was the end and after turning everything in from the 30 day request 2 weeks we got the approval. This was Aug 2018 RFE. We are still waiting for our interview. Let me know what you gave them for more evidence . We sent out a psych evaluation that I never did in the beginning. Sent it 2 letters from my employers (higher up people), additional letters from family who were not part of in the beginning of the packet. It’s easy to feel like it is the end of the world and I can tell you that’s how I felt still remember the day we got the letter so let your feelings feel but also know it’s going to be okay.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I am meeting with my lawyer today to know more about what they are asking. I will share here with you guys then so I can get more ideas of what else we can send.

I have seen many cases on Facebook group that after they send evidence their case it’s approved 2 weeks after. So it’s good news you know they at least looked over you cased . Blessings everything will be ok❤️

Everything?! More evidence for every single argument my lawyer used. I’m seeing my lawyer on Wednesday. I’m now thinking that she probably didn’t do a good job at putting everything together. I’m so upset that I don’t even know what to think.

Hi, just trying to keep busy putting together new affidavits and hoping my mother’s dr will agree to give us a better letter with more info about her conditions in such a short notice. According to my lawyer RFEs from waivers that the petitioner is a parent is comum but that everything will be okay after we send what they are requesting. All I can do is hope for the best! 🙏🏻 Thank you for checking on me.

Just type 601a and search in groups.. there are many.. 

 

Is there any update in here? Anyone get approval from October or November yet? 7.5 months no news on me:(
