Congrats! 🎉 How did your lawyer found out? Do our lawyers get a letter too?

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

Choose: check your case

Register first with your email and add your case number.

Set up your email/ txt alert.

After you will register you will see when your case assigned by officer bottom of the page. ( it's mean -soft updated )

You can download USCIS case tracker to your smart phone too.

Yes, you are right. He will go to medical exam before interview. But He can receive vaccine here beforekeave US (in the States) or in Juarez. I just heard from others,  it's way easier and cheaper here.

Other. Did you receive your waiver approval or any update?

Hi!  Of note - I've spoken to a few lawyer friends who advised that even if my husband were to get re-vaccinated here before going to his Juarez appointment, the interviewing agent or medical examiner in Juarez is under no obligation to accept the US record he would bring down and could still be requested to complete his vaccinations during his medical exam.  (Of course, do what you are comfortable with).

Up until a minute ago I had thought we had NOT received any update yet BUT, and something I just became aware of... you cannot see an "update" on your case unless you actually sign up/log into the USCIS website... I hadn't "signed up" my info/email until just now and all of a sudden my case status reads "updated 2/12" !! Awesome.  When I just searched my case number without signing in,  my status only says fingerprints accepted.  :) :)

I just completed our DS-260 yesterday and my I-864 packet should arrive at NVC tomorrow)
