Same here, only my receipt date is early july and I got RFE too...:(

I'm on some groups on FB about waiver, what I heard no matter how big your file is, it is important to include sufficient evidence, a lawyer commented once: "for every sentence written on your hardship letter , evidence should be included, example "My name is John Doe, I'm a US citizen and I'm requesting my wife Mary... include birth certificate that proves you are a US citizen, include marriage certificate proves Mary is your wife etc.,  "I suffer from high blood pressure and I need my wife with me" include letter from drs, include letter from nurse stating that wife is always there to take care of husband, gottcha ??. Other thing I read is sometimes immigration officers case load is too high and sometimes they need to buy time to review cases, that's why they request RFE , and sometimes they request same information we already sent, and sometimes yes they do need more evidence , and once is received, approval comes within days.

Hopefully this helps , God bless you all ☺️

Hope I’m soon, I’m 7/30 Nebraska. Maybe they moved the receipt date for inquiries back so they don’t have to spend time answering so many.
