Thank you so much for your imput, it is very much appreciated. Our lawyer did our friends waiver and he had it approved, so we went with same lawyer. But we went to several lawyers before we settled with this one. Thank you again. We included loss of educational opportunity but they need paperwork proving every single point we made, and there’s nothing to submit to prove that statement.

Don't get disappointed. I think you should send them proof of anything that you could. You said you recently had baby so you should add baby as NON-qualifying relative. Also, send hospital bills due as financial hardship that you have to pay back(your portion of bill). Monthly expenditure like diaper/groceries etc. Send as much as you can and hope for best. Sometimes I've heard they just send RFE letter(40% of applicant receive it) without actually going through the entire packet to scare applicant. Their approval rate is like 70% so more or less 60% of RFE's are approved.

Thank you for encouragement. We have like 10k to pay the hospital now for me and baby total, probably even more than that, we also pay for baby ‘s insurance now, that’s besides the 5k that we paid out of pocket for my prenatal care because I couldn’t get insurance when we found out I was pregnant. We will send signed contract for the house we are buying, its current pending and close in 2-3 weeks. I will include as much as I can but I am still mortified here...:( My Lawyer emailed me back saying they have noticed an influx recently with RFE and most of them still get approved after you send them more proof back... I will pray it will be us too...

I’ve heard that sometimes an RFE will buy the adjudicator more time if they are backed up. It’s good that you found more potential hardships, you really need to leave no stone unturned.

Hello, does anyone get an interview for I-130 process before applying to 601a waiver in the united states? Cause I just received a letter for my I-130 process stating that they have scheduled an interview appointment for the immigration court to resolve and take action on removal case? Although my application was to do aos overseas.. plus I never received any letter or warning about my removal status?

In the other hand I have another path which I have approved I824 to apply 601a which I already filed 4 months ago. So.. pls share your thoughts and experience if you have similar case.. my lawyer thinks that this was an obvious error and he will contact the uscis.
