I601a Mexico 2018 processing time

Hello everyone where do you check or get the info for the i 601 we sent ours 2 weeks ago and have gotten nothing in return or don’t know if they have received it can anyone help please

Congrats on your approval, you should receive your date for Tegucigalpa  anytime and if I was you I will be calling NVC so they can touch your case and act on it. Yes a honduran feed is need since the processes are different and documentation requirements are different too.

Thank you and someone made a feed yay! We are still waiting for a receipt for our financial affidavit so as soon as we recieve that the wait begins.

Hello All!

We just received our approval notice in the mail today!!! We already did our NVC stuff back in April so lawyer says all we do is wait for USCIS to let NVC know we are approved then we wait in line to get our appointment in Juarez!!! 😁

Approval: 8/31/18

I’m petioning for my adult daughter, F2B category. Just wondering about others’ timelines who are in same category. I’ve seen most 601-A here are for spouses. Also,  Is anyone filing from Costa Rica? Just trying to get an idea how long it takes after approval and how was the whole interview process in CR overall.

Biometrics: 5/30/18

That is the plan! Hopefully by having done all the NVC stuff it makes scheduling quicker. I have a Facebook group that says appointments for Ciudad Juarez, Mexico are 6 months out. I just think maybe it takes that long because they submitted all the paperwork after their approval? Our lawyer said it will take about 60 to 90 days. I don’t know, just another thing to wait for. I will keep you posted for sure!!😉

Our 601 a waiver was receive on 3/22/2018 , anyone with similar dates , I’m going towards 6 months btw , can’t wait for a approval, I’m from Brazil btw . Thanks in advance.
