Anyone here has seen approvals on other groups? Just to get an idea of the waiting time these days ...

The processing times website says Nebraska 9 to 11,5 month and Potomac 11 to 14,5 month for 601a... haven't been following other groups..🤔

Hello Everyone!

I'm a newbie to the site, but I have been following this forum since the longest! I feel like I can relate with everyone. We filed for the 601-A for my husband.  We have yet to wait if the case gets approved and then the interview in Mexico correct?

Receipt Date- October 2019

Fingerprinting-November 06. 2019.

His case is in Potomac and the wait time is 11-14 months. Do you guys think it might take that long to respond? It has only been 3 months.

The processing times are pretty accurate from what I've seen from this forum and FB groups for the past year. The wait time gets updated the last week of the month. For the past year unfortunately it slowed down 3 times. Patience and luck..🙏

Just found this timeline on FB: Received Nov 23, 2018, RFE Nov 2019, RFE received Dec 31, 2019, Approved Feb 3, 2020, Nebraska. And one more much shorter timeline: received Apr 1 2019, approved Dec 31 2019, Nebraska.

Congratulations! How was it?
Are they asking any questions about public charge?

you guys!

they are very interested in tattoos and the meaning behind them if you have one. I don’t have any tattoos but I was overhearing other interviews. They do ask if you have ever had any trouble with the police.

My interview went pretty fast, they asked for my husbands 2018 taxes and acta de antecedentes penales Mia. Make sure you guys take those!

Try not to give them long answers. Yes or no answers and keep them short 😬

i will be posting a YouTube video later tonight with details and all.
