Hey everyone!

I was wondering if you could give me a little bit of advice. Below is a list of what forms and documents I am sending off for my AOS. If anyone could please tell me if this is ok or if I need anymore forms/documents. Any help or advice would be great. Feeling a little lost right now with it all. Thanks!

Form I-485

Form I-864

Form I-765

Form I-131

Form G-1145 (e-notification)

  • Copy of most recent I-94
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of passport (Including Visa page and stamps)
  • 2 passport style photographs signed
  • Copy of NOA2 I-29F
  • Copy of Medical and vaccination records (DS-3025)
  • Supporting documents for I-864
  • Full payment
  • Cover page
  • Copy of marriage certificate

Is there anything that I am missing? All help would be greatly appreciated.

Whatever suits you works 👍

It didn't look like you knew it was 3 applications since you lumped the list together. There's six photos, not  two as you listed. Three passport/visa photocopies.

Carry on. You got this.

on this topic,

we may have mis-placed our noa 2.

i am applying to adjust status from K1. i have the noa 1 - which is the receipt. in the form it asks for the receipt or approval notice. so would it be okay to just send in the receipt?

we also have the letter from the embassy to say they had received our approved petiton.

i have head people have been fine without sending in noa 2's.

of course, we will send in the visa stamp in my passport too. which proves i was approved with the stamp.

this process is stressful!
