Dear Sir or Madam:
I, Petitioners name, do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry "Beneficiary name here, and intend to do so within 90 days of his
arrival into the US using the K-1 visa .

 

Yours truly,
Petitioner's name here
Petitioner

 

 

Same outline can be done for the beneficiary to use. Just reverse the information obviously. They can sign and scan you a copy to be submitted.
