Hello, Thanks for the help. Married 11/22/17, now we are filling the forms. I have some questions. 

 

Form i-485 Part 1 Question 23.c Status on Form I-94 (Class of Admission) is correct?

From I-485 Part 3 Question 11 Employment Should be 1. UNEMPLOYED??? My husband has an INC. Company and whatever He works, the income go to the company, so,  In the question about his employer 2. I write down the company, that is correct? 

Form I-485 Part 8 Question 25 Ask if you get arrested. He was arrested on Sep/16 for driving with expired license and release the next day. What I should put on part 14 additional information

The form I-163 Medical Examination and vaccines report, need to send it with the I-485 form or I need to wait to the interview to do that part? 

 

On the packet to send, I send a separate file for each form and supported documents or I send everything on one packet and listed in a cover letter?

I don't think he is unemployed when he had his own firm. 

 

Definitely mention that he got arrested. 

 

Also I had my husband do the medical exam and send it together with I-485. 

 

I would put everything together with a cover letter.
