Well, you were told an entirely different story in the first post. From mom needs sister to look after her to sister can bring money and start own business. (A business looking after elderly people?or doing something else and still looking after mom?  It’s all still very unclear. I also find myself wondering just how much younger than the 80-year old mom the aunt can actually be.)

but anyway agree yes, EB5 is the obvious visa seeing as the sister has the means. (I presume when she said the sister has money, she meant money.)
