Obama said it would take many years to eradicate ISIS.  He did not want to do it primarily with military strength.  When Trump came into the office, he loosened the restrictions on the military commanders in the area and let them fight like they needed to, whereas Obama was holding them back.  Our fighting men and women (and some well-managed drones) made it happen, and in months, not years.

what a joke. you didn't say that, but then you go on to say that. this idea that the military was not fighting isis during the obama admin is primarily held by those who think obama is muslim/supported isis. it has taken years to get where we are today, not months.

Bingo.  Trump just changed the rules of engagement, put a git-er-done General in charge and let the military do what they needed to do. Obama was a poor commander in chief. The results speak volumes.

It probably helped that Trump didn't announce all of our military's movements to the world ahead of time like Obama did.

Lets see. The stock market was going to crash, the economy would spiral downwards, Trump would start WW3, pulling of of the Paris scam would be devastating,the internet would collapse,trump would not last one year, Its over, Trump was never spied on, NATO would abandon us and countless others……and now so called experts are saying Trump will start a trade war that will hurt the US?  Most of these experts are only expert at one thing…..getting on TV.   

 

Regardless of what Trump says or ends up doing the results will benefit the US and the American people.

They also are called pundits,reporters,journalists,analyst,talk show hosts, celebrities,ex presidents, candidates etc. All pretending they know what they are talking about.

   Anyone who linked the stock market or economy to the president is definitely not an expert. NATO and WWIII, I haven't ever heard much said on one way or the other.

 

   I'm not an expert, but I did call out tariffs as a possible issue back when he was elected. The US is not in a position to win a trade war, and the US consumer has little tolerance for one. We're not built to trade jabs with China on this one, and were not capable of going for the  knockout punch either. All that's left then, is the hurt.

And that would put you in the minority.  I understand you hate to admit it when Trump does something good, but he did with letting the military do their job on ISIS.
