I am a Lebanese resident in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. My fiance who prepares for k 1  visa application. Does the embassy write in the country of residence or country of origin?

Another question I am divorced is to write the divorce date according to the court papers or the date of separation before obtaining the divorce paper from the court

But in these papers it is always the official dates, so I wouldn't write a separation. I think it should be the date the divorce finalized officially.
