I130 Part 2 question 12a-13b

Hi,

This question has me puzzled.

The first part ask "Is your current mailing address the same as your physical address?" I selected YES. Then the next question follows

"Provide your physical addresses for the last five years, whether inside or outside the United States. Provide your current address first if it is DIFFERENT from your mailing address in Item Numbers 10.a. - 10.i." My mailing address is the same as my physical address and is not different. I looked at the example forms and I see people have put their current physical address in physical address 1, but that isnt what I am interpreting from the question. Shouldnt I be listing other addresses since my physical and mailing address is the same? Do some one who has been approved have any input?

Thanks

Is there a reason for why you don't want to put your current physical address there? I mean, better provide that address than not providing it at all and risk getting an RFE for leaving it out.

I have no problem but that question is very misleading and I want to make sure I answer the question correctly. It says to state current physics address first if it is Different. My physical address is not different from mailing so why would I put it first? Just curious as to what others who successfully applied out for physics address 1. Did they put their current address or they second to last address?

You have interpreted correctly.
