Alright. i am filling out the form for my k1 visa. they ask for an alien number, which i used to have, but due to my divorce and not removing my conditions i lost my visa. so now that i am applying for the K1, should i still put the old Aliennumber on it?

Thanks

seasuirl,

Point of clarification: one does not lose a visa for failing to apply to remove conditions on their LPR status - they lose their LPR status.

As TracyTN wrote, yes you should supply your A#.

well called the embassy here in frankfurt germany and they said i will get a new number, when i apply for my K1. so since this visa has nothing to do with the other one. i think i should mention that i had had a visa befor but thats about it. would u agree? maybe a separated sheet explaining? hmmmm

I'm not sure how to make this more clear. You need to list the old A number.

The fact that you'll get a new one through this process is otherwise irrelevant.

Is there something you're trying to hide from the time you had your other A number?
