I have a cover sheet of all the documents for AOS for my wife. Can you please look this over and tell me if im missing anything? I also need to file an AOS for a K2 visa. She is 3 years old what would I need to file for her? Should I file her's seperatly and have another cover sheet for her case? Thanks for the help!!

Looks pretty good. You don't need the proof of U.S. citizenship for the USC- this application is only pertaining to the non-USC who is adjusting.

Will my daughter need a I 693 or a G325 form done? Do I need to get passport photo's of her as well? Im just wondering if she recieves a green card as well or if she is added to my wifes green card.
