My filing date for i131 and i765 was Sep 25th at NBC, i485 filing data Oct 2nd. Biometrics Oct 19th, and after that no more news at all.
No rfe, no emails, no updates. Only the same message: Case was received.

On Feb 27th I opened a SR by phone about our EAD card. The answer can take 30 days to come. I check my mailbox everyday praying..
We are concearned if the case is stuck, if there is something wrong. People from October have already received their EAD card :(

Frustrating.

Thanks god your i765 has a filing date before October, because their official processing date is "Oct 1, 2017". For now, there's only waiting on the SR response, they should have given you a date of when to expect an answer, usually they respond before the 30 days. Good Luck!

I am an August filer and I just got my card today. Some of us are just unlucky and facing major delays. I would highly recommend contacting your Congressperson (Senator or Rep - go to their website and there should be some place where they talk about helping constituents) and filling out a case request for the CIS Ombudsman here https://www.dhs.gov/case-assistance

I did both these things and I think they really helped me in getting my card.  You can also talk to a Tier 2 officer by calling the USCIS customer service line and asking for one, but they've not been very helpful in my experience.

August 2017 - June 2018 AoS

April 2020 - January 2021 RoC

Jan 2022 - September 2022 Citizenship

I didn't talk to a T2 Officer because I was told that I need to wait at least 20 days after my SR to to it (it's been less than a week..).

I tried to call the congressman of my region and her assistant told me raising a request through them could pull my case back. What do you think?

It is a good idea to reach out to your congressman, it can help you if your case got stuck somewhere for some reason.
