Today I was notified of my oath ceremony, thus it took about 17 days after the interview (I was notified of approval and oath schedule on 1/18/19), and some 4 days to show up on MyUSCIS, total from application to date: 286 d (or about 9.5 m). Hope this helps and give you guys hope for a fast turnaround in your cases.

Became US citizen on 2/1/19 in Philadelphia, PA. The ceremony was at 9 am, but they started processing (getting people into the ceremony room at the 1st floor) at 9:15 am. Make sure to get all USCIS issued docs (ie GC, EAD, AP, reentry permits, etc), as they are collected before the ceremony starts. The ceremony itself was fast, started with the National anthem, we had the oath, saw couple videos, and left. By 11 am I was out of there, and on my way to apply for passport at the Philly USPS office. Best of luck.

DrKa- I filed in NOV 2018 and it says Feb 2020. So, it is standard in Philly office to say 13 months.  But , it might not take that long. I am expecting to be finished by September, October 2019.

This website shows 9.5 to 20 months for Philly right now. But based on experiences from this and other similar websites, it looks like the it takes ~8-10 months for standard cases (no complications) in Philly. The fastest field offices seem to be Raleigh, NC, San Bernardino CA and some FL offices. The slowest appear to be Houston & Dallas TX!

That is my expectation too and then add oath and passport application and for Indian OCI, so I am putting myself September, Oct, 2019.

Got done with my oath ceremony today. Took exactly 8 months for me. Hope you too are already done, or close to completion.
