I'm sorry to add another anxious post to this forum, but I sent my Adjust of Status packet on February 22 and according to USPS, it arrived at the Chicago Lockbox on February 24.

However, I phoned USCIS today, and they do not yet have any record of that application. Should I be worried? Or does it often take a while for the application to be entered into the system?

In the meantime, I have mailed the lockbox support email (upon suggestion by the USCIS officer) to find out whether they have received my application.

Wouldn't stress it. Some people get NOA1 within 1-2 weeks, but up to 30 days isn't unheard of.

Watch for if they cash the check(if you sent one for payment), that will be the sign they have it and accepted it.
