Hi, so I got a 221g for the medical not being there . I just logged into CSC and sent them a message thru there as I thought that was what they wanted me to do as the form said “please update your details with Knightsbridge etc” I asked tjem

via email and they said they sent it last week. So I sent them a message in the “send documents “ as I thought it was the right thing to do, have I messe this up ? Or will they just ignore it?

Sorry I’m a little confused as the process has changed since I went through. CSC

If that’s the Embassy contact form then don’t worry they’ll not get upset if they didn’t need contact from you and if your medical has been sat there a while it might just nudge them into taking a look :)

Everything crossed for a smooth and stress free journey

No used the CSC website account . As my form said 221g awaiting medical results “please update Knightsbridge “ so I went on the account and it said “consular instructed to send documents “ which they kinda did so I sent a message on there updating them on the Knightsbridge situation . But I don’t need to send any documents I just wanted to send a msg lol

CSC is the California Service Center in the United States and part of the USCIS. Your case is not with USCIS anymore.

So where did you log in?

Oh the ais.usvisa site

As your case is in London use the contact form above if you want to ask them anything.

They used to answer in a day or 2 but it seems to have slowed some recently.
