attention may filers....does anyone think it would help to bombard every congressman's with phone calls and make sure they are aware of depth of the problem at the CSC? If everyone of us called or sent letters would they not be able to put some kind of pressure on them? It may be wishful thinking but I feel the need to call attention to the plight of so many people who expected a timeline of 2-3 months for the whole procedure and now were are looking at possibly 6-8 months. We had a wedding planned (because we listened to our lawyers who said that it was a 2-3 month deal) for this weekend..of course we canceled it 4 weeks ago because we saw that there was no way that CSC-NVC-embassy would happen. Part of the blame lies with our lawyers who were not keeping up with what was happening with the USCIS....but the rest must lie with the CSC for not taking care of the computer issues in May and not hiring more staff to deal with the overload. It is

I am sure others are in the same boat....I feel for everyone who has had to cancel and reschedule your lives because of inefficient government, and we sit hear with no voice as if we are in an oppressed government. Sending the letters....! It might help, might not but at then end, we did what we could instead of waiting with our arms crossed....

My lawyer also told me about the 2-3 months timeline and that VSC was the fastest service center...a friend told me the same thing, she his fiance got her approval within 45 days...Btw, the last time I called my lawyer was when I had 90 days.....now I'm at.....What day Byron??? I keep forgetting.....1892.....or so, right? haha!

We all have to do our lives according to what USCIS say or do......

And for some reason, the USCIS website won't open on my laptop...and it's been two days and still won't open...I think my laptop is tired to open that website....hahaha!

Hahaha! I'm too lazy and cold to get up and go to my desktop computer....haha!

Oh! for some reason, my adjudication date went from september 15...to september 12.....hahaha! But as far as I'm concerned today is the 19th...unless I'm living in another dimension....

Yeah my date dropped 3 dates also...I think Bill y Bella mentioned how when a NOA2 happens the system automatically adjusts.

Today my fiance called USCIS using the RFE trick and this really nice lady told him that our case had been assigned to an officer and that we would be hearing something from them shortly! We were very happy and of course we were touched because of the phone call. And just now my fiance got an email from them telling us we were approved!!!!!! We're really happy, we were approved in 138 days since filling. So I really felt like posting this good news for you guys and tell you that CSC is really working on our may fillers cases and I think we'll see a lot of others being approved in the next fews days. Good luck to us all!!!

Hi.. We sent it on the 4th of may and got the NOA1 on the 8th of may. I'm sorry about my timeline but I have a profile here and so does my fiance so we kinda share the same timeline so sometimes the timeline works for him and not for me or the other way around... I don't know why this happens... I think the timeline is working now on my profile if anyone wants to check. Thanks for the congrats!!

So it sounds like they are getting through the folks that got NAO1's in the first half of May, so I guess it will be 2-3 more weeks until we hear anything *crosses fingers*
