Another may approval to report for everyone (no not mine yet).... I just checked my lawyers "transparent office" which lists all their active petitions and I see one that was filed 5-3-07 now shows approved as of 9-17-07. My file date was the same so you can imagine the addrenaline rush when I first glanced at it.... <sigh> Oh well, at least I know I should be getting close now. Hopefully that petition was in the same box as mine since it was filed by the same attorney on the same day. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Please can someone tell me about the rfe trick please....does it work with vsc? I want to try it tomorrow?

If you try it with VSC, tell me what happens.

I am about to really lose it. Tommorow will be four weeks since we were apporved at my packet is still at the USCIS California office. I called them yesterday and all they told me was there was some kind of back log. So when I asked to speak with a supervisor they would not let me. I was so mad when the operator told me this I wanted to scream. So the operator said they would e-mail the contractor who takes care of shipping the documents and they would call me back. And guess what I never received a call back. So I am waiting for tommorow and first thing I am doing is going to my Congressman's office. This is totally abusrd I thought it was supposed to be days not months. Is any one else having the same problem????

Our lucky day was a wednesday and hopefully today will be the lucky day for those of you who are still waiting

Once you do, you'll be able to see your approx. adjudication date, that might give you an idea of when you could be getting your NOA2 according to the VJ timelines. Filling your timeline will also help other VJ members to give you more accurate information

If it has been more than 120 days since you got your NOA1 I suggest you call them.

Don't worry about touches, in some cases you get approved without any previous touch! That's how it was for us.
