We are May filers too!! Nothing since the NOA on May 16th!!!!!! we are now at 123 days!!!

Any one out there file in the Vermont office March and April that have received NOA 2??

PLEASE LET US HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE HAD ANY CONTACT FROM THE VERMONT OFFICE IN THE LAST MONTH!!!

We need to hear some encouraging news to keep us going!! We knew there would be a wait, but not this long to receive 2nd notice!!

We are running out of patience!!!!

I agree with the other May filers - lets hope we hear approvals being processed this week!!!

I wish that they would call me for a customer service survey! I would give them a piece of my mind. They really have some nerve hoping to expect people like us to have anything good to say. They asked for a fee...we paid it...why not just give us what we want. It's hard enough trying not to focus on their lack of effort to crank out these approvals. The worst part yet is that we are citizens....why not treat your own with care and delicacy? Yes, I am tired of waiting, I am feeling frustrated. I don't want to spend thousands of dollars again this year to visit my "baby", when we can use that money for our wedding. This is absolutely crazy! How come some people get theirs in two weeks, a month or two...and we have to wait three, four, five months. Maybe they hate May filers?.... :protest: :protest: :protest:

Sorry guys...I had to let it out....it was just there....

Good Luck everyone this week!! Maybe the vacation period is over for them.

I agree with you!!! I feel so frustrated and have this sh!t inside me and if I let it out now I won't be able to have a good night sleep....I'm just tired of all this #######..waiting over 4 months.....and meanwhile some june filer got approved some weeks ago....good for them but not fair for us! How much longer do I have to wait? I feel like my life is in a total limbo....I'm praying for all us, we have to start getting our approvals this week!!!!!! THIS WEEK!!!! :cry:

It seems that the USCIS processing time continues to go up one day almost everyday. Currently it is at 131 days(VSC is at 121). Does that mean if you filed in May it will be 131 days or is it 131 days if you filed today? :wacko:

I agree. I just hope that this number does not continue to increase over the coming days and weeks. Hopefully all May filer will be approved by the end of this month or the beginning of next month. :thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:

Sept 12th- file sent to UK

Sept 24th - received packet from US embassy (packet 3 is it?)

Sept 25th- sent off packet back to us embassy

Oct 12th- got interview date by calling US embassy

Oct 16th- medical exam in London , PASSED

Nov 1st - 8:30 am INTERVIEW AT US EMBASSY!!!!!!!!!!!!![

FINAL APPROVAL- Nov 1st!!!! Passport to be mailed with visa attached in 3-5 days!! YIPPEEEEEE

Nov 20th- Dave flies over for Thanksgiving & Forever!!!

One really has to wonder what is going on at those service centers.

Mirla and Byron....you all are due this week....you have to be.

This is insane.

Thanks. And I pray that God convicts their hearts so they put in a honest day's work and not take coffee breaks all day and visit with their co-workers to kill time till they punch out...There is a lot of work to be done for May filers !!! Go with God....
