Thanks aferforever!!! I hope your right... I have been patient for a long time now..i started really stressed and frantic but almed down as time passed, but now its starting to feel endless again...I want her with me for Christmas so bad!!!!

I was just the opposite. I started out very calm because I figured I would be approved in 90 days (according to VJ timeline at the time). Like you I was counting on having my fiancee here by Christmas. I even buffered in an extra month ( I thought) just in case. Since passing the 100 day mark I have slowly felt my anxiety level increasing on a daily basis. I am still hoping for Christmas

I am very thankful to the people on VJ who are concerned enough to throw me a lifeline when they see that I am starting to get tired of treading water. Grab ahold Byron!

A lot of us started out counting on 90 days, I was actually Banking on a December 31 wedding, but that's out the window. By 100days i was definately a salior, my poor little dogs felt it, i was cussing at them for the normal stuff the usually do. This process should come with a warning,( be carefull this may drive you crazy) "Grab ahold Byron" your fiance will be home for christmas

Okay....I think that I'm bout ready to scream . Why are they doing this? How can they expect us to wait this long? I just got off the phone with USCIS and all they had to tell me was that they were currently working on February applications and they are within their processing time. Therefore, they have up to six months. Come on....just give me my approval already!! My man needs me.

I have made bout three phone calls, and never even got a touch. Guys....imagine how strong we will all become once this is all over. Okay...I've vented....I will be cool.

Seems like somebody want to skip the line here ( just kidding). If you want to not talk to the CSR, why not use the RFE trick. I'm sure someone here can help you with the number. The CSR gets paid to say that, they have no clue whats's going on at VSC/CSC. The way VSC has been acting recently, i would say you have another 2 to 3 weeks.

there are a lot of other May filers with earlier sent in dates and they haven't got any good news either, so cheer up.

Then again it's VSC, what the hell have they been doing up there?????????????? they sure ain't talking about labour day.

I see too much VSC filers crying on this board, give May filers their G@@% D@^^ NOA2 already. we want to be their for Thanksgiving, so get up of your @$$ these are adults here, they want to be TOUCH

Yes I agree...you guys give us the hope and the strength to keep going!!! There is light at the end of the tunnel...but our trolley has come to a screeching halt and the engines have been dead for 4 months...We need a jump start...maybe political pressure from your Congressman. I contacted mine already...maybe all it will take is one phone call...

LOL...Just kidding...im actually very calm...the one thing that would depress me is really not being able to have her with me for Christmas...even idf she gets here Dec 21st..I just want to have gifts for her and her son under the tree and see the joy in their face when they are opening them...After the unfortunate miscarriage she had a week ago, i really want to be with her!!!

Anyways, I had an operation 4 hours ago and now I'm back to all my senses, just got home, checked my status and is still pending....I took it very well considering how I feel now, heh heh.......I'm sure we will have good news this week!!! Let's keep praying becasue God is always listening to us...

You're right! I studied in a catholic school since I was a child and finished high school there, I was in a catholic university and in my opinion, if you believe in god is more than enough, you can talk to him, make your confession straight to him instead of telling it to a priest (another human being like us) and going to church...sometimes people who go to church, they pretend to be perfect people but when they're out, they are totally different people! Haha! For real...All my family is very catholic....haha!
