Hey Arinola, was there any change in status on your USCIS account, or does it still say "Received and pending"? I have had touches but I am not able to get a status update on my account.

I've tried calling CSC, but they have refused to give me any information lately on my petition.

By the way.....Congrats!!!! :dance::dance::dance::thumbs:

Congrats to those approved

I called our lawyer again this week; now he says our approval will happen sometime in the next 6 weeks. Our NOA1 was May 24. Tell me, tell me, TELL ME that's not so! Don't think I can survive another 6 weeks. I think he's actually just telling me what the USCIS processing times indicate, b/c that would put it at almost 6 months total time. Somebody just check my emails for me and call when NOA 2 comes, I'm tired of checking.

On the bright side, my fiance is recuperated from an illness and is finally up and about. He loves me & I love him!! That's a LOT to be thankful for! :P

Well, I mailed off our I-129F on April 27th to the Service Center in Texas, from there it was transfered to the California Service center. The processing date is May 7th. From then on it was a battle to get a NOA1 now I have 3. Talking to USCIS is useles, they have you believing there is a 6 month wait and that nobody in March has been approved. Yep, that's what I was told. I didn't want to argue with the guy by telling him he is wrong. I mean the last thing we want to do is piss somebody off and prolong our approval. Unfortunately all of us May filers who have to deal with CSC picked a bad time to file. Let me rephrase, we needed to file to get our loved ones over here but we will have to wait the longest. So to all of my fellow May filers, I pray for patience for all of us who have to endure.

Of the May filers who have not received your NOA2's, who is past their VJ timeline estimate and if past the date, by how many days?. Just curious

Ours says 6th September but we are not even getting touches at the minute and with people getting no help on the phone or being given discouraging info like 2 more months, we don't know what to do and are very distraught.

So basically at this point we are 3 days over our VJ timeline and 128 days since our NOA1.

My timeline is similar to yours. Your NOA1 is a few days earlier than mine. I have not gotten any touches.

When I called, I got the same answer you got, they are working on applications in Feb/Mar. Lady also said my file was not assigned to anyone yet. It is hard when you hear a response like that. We all know that some applications sent in later than ours have already been approved (mostly in VSC of course ) so hopefully, ours will also be coming soon. A little bit more patience, we will all be jumping for joy shortly.

Many thanks for those kind words and I hope and pray for all of us to approved soon on the May filers list.

I know we all have to keep strong , thank heavens for this wonderful website with all the wonderful people on it.

If we just had to go by the information on the USCIS website then it would be really realy hard indeed.

Good luck everyone

Why do you think May filers will have to wait the longest? USCIS received our petitions before the big July influx. It would make sense that we would be towards the front of this line. I would think those filing closer to July would have a longer wait. My opionion though. At this point, I do not think anyone has a good answer, not even USCIS.

Like all of us on here, I am very frustrated with this whole process but ultimately we can do nothing but wait. Believe me, the wait is extremely excrutiating for me but I am trying not to go crazy, although I have had some bad days recently  . I am still hoping to have my fiancee here by Christmas.

WE WILL GET APPROVED! Good luck everybody!

According to the VJ timeline for the last 90 days, time between filing to NOA1 is 12 days. Time between NOA1 and NOA2 is 112 days. Total time between filing and approval is 124 days. Don't know how accurate this is but I hope all May filers get approved soon!:thumbs::thumbs:

Hopefully you will get approved this week shadow42
