Yeah, the *footie* is always a good distraction, so is going to the pub with your *mates* that is of course until he gets back to his place and he is all alone...That's when he says the lonliness hits and he misses me so terribly that he's miserable, despite the earlier *distractions* of the evening. *sigh* So I suppose it's not much better for him either. I would imagine that like my guy, your finace is thinking about you most of the time he's out with his friends, making it really "not so great a time" as he puts it.

OK new week starting, let's hope they can get through all the April Filers and really move on to May Filers with some good news for all of us this week!

So ok.....I think I am going to go ahead and start gathering what I will need next after NOA2. I know I prob wont get it till next month but I am trying to keep myself occupied and what better to do than to get stuff prepared for the next step. My mom will be the financial help person. I forget the name. But since I dont have a job she will be there for that end of the deal. What forms will I need? What forms will she need? I looked at all the forms but I just get confused on what I need and what I dont need. Links please (Im slow). Thanks.

You can find an example of the I-I34 Affidavit of Support here ~~~> http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1forms

--You will need to fill out one and so will your mother. They want you to fill it out even if you don't make any money.

You can find information about the I-134 here ~~~> http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=support

-- Your mother will have to make over 125% of the poverty guidelines for the number of people in her household, as well as your fiance and any children he is bringing with him. You can find 125% of the poverty guidelines for 2007 here ~~~>http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-864P.pdf

It does seem like the weekends are harder to get through lately. During the week days, I can usually keep occupied doing whatever. Even though I am thinking about my fiancee 24/7, I can usually manage the stress of being separated without much problem (most of the time). For some reason though on the weekends, the reality of being separated by 9000 miles really hits me hard. I am sure EVERYONE

It does seems that it is getting harder and harder for me to get throught the weekends lately. During the week, it seems that I am able to find things to do to keep my mind occupied and not stress to much on being separated from my fiancee. Well, most of the time. Like everyone on here, I think about my love one 24/7.

We all know that the waiting and not knowing are the hardest part of the visa process. Unfortunately, what we know logically is still hard to deal with emotionally. It is human nature to want what we want when we want it. I think the hardest part is that we have no control over this process. It is what it is. I remind myself every minute of the day that stressing out over something I cannot control is like hitting my head against a brick wall. Believe me, it takes a lot of my energy to keep everything in perspective but for me this is easier than dealing with a severe headache.

Good luck to all of us on here  Hope us May filers start receiving great news soon.
