Well im back from seeing Leidy, she is doing much better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also my petition was received at the Embassy last Friday and the Packet 3 was sent out yesterday!!!

But i still see that Mirla and many others are not approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Byron, glad to hear that Leidy is doing ok, is she ot of the Hospital? I haven,t seen Mirla any where, then again i'm only on most time for a few mins. Congrats on packet 3. Really Hope Mirla gets approve soon.

You can also call USCIS and find out if it's already been sent to NVC. If it has the notice from NVC will take a week or so.

Thanks kingstonjamaica!! Yeah Leidy is out of the hospital and doing MUCH better!! I saw Mirla in the waiting fo Noa2 thread....she is still waiting for an answer to the RFE.....My fingers are crossed for her!!

YEA!! I just got off the phone with the Dept. of State and our paperwork was received by the Tokyo Consulate and packet 3 was mailed out today to my SO!! I finally feel like we're getting somewhere!!

I had Leidy fax all the Packet 3 things needed for an interview date today and also had her send it through courier!!!!!

If everything goes well.....i should have an interview date by the end of this week!!!!!!!!!!

I had my interview yesterday and everything went fine. i was in and out in 1 hour. I heard it takes up to 4 hours, i guess i was lucky. If all goes well i should have it by Saturday. that means i will fly that monday. i am so excited. i havent seen my fiance in 11 month.

oh yeah today is my birthday and since i wished that i would be home to spend Xmas with my baby, i am the happiest person alive.

Good luck to all of u and i will pray that everything will go smoothly from now on.

Our APPROVED petition is "just sitting" on some supervisor's desk in California. the person hasn't been in the office since Thanksgiving. I'm calling everyday until I get that paperwork on the mail pallet to New Hampshire. My goal is THIS Friday. Would you guys pray for us? I'm starting to lose it-----the always patient, Alane & Ramzis

Guess what, I only had one shot cuz I was able to show my chickenpox scar! weeeee!! But the dumb nurse who took my vital signs yesterday forgot to write down my respiratory rate that's why i had to redo it after waiting long hours and waited again after that! So today I was there from 9am to 4pm! what a long day! But at least this part is over!

Shai did you have to show them vaccination records? Beth is having difficulty obtaining her shot records. My lawyer said that would not be a problem if she can't get them but they will just redo any shots she has already had before.

Thanks W & Sh. The officer JUST CALLED ME BACK!!! That alone is a near miracle! She spoke to the supervisor who has been sitting on my petition. She promised me it would be "going out" in the mail by the end of the week if not before-----the officer who called me has been so nice. She said she asked the supervisor to expedite this mailing so it won't sit when it goes -- when it goes it's going to New Hampshire!!! I will scream for joy when I get my NVC case number.
