Well, we're about to graduate from the K1 forum!!!

My fiancee went through the interview this morning in Bern, Switzerland. Smooth interview, no questions asked, officer just checked the documents (btw, I-134 only required, no tax return needed) and she should get the visa before the end of this week. Wedding papers will be signed on 12/10 since she flies back on 12/09.

I have not posted here in a while, just wanted to leave an update. Package 4 was delayed, so Marife went to St Lukes Clinic in Manila for an early Medical Exam, she was also able to obtain her Package 4 at that time. She had no problems and the Exam was easy, but she hates needles ......She will have her Interview next week, Pray for her that all will go smoothly. I hope everyone else here will soon complete their Visa Journey, this has truly been a long road!

Hi VJ'rs. I've been quiet this week----trying to keep the patience!!! We were approved on 11/6 and learned just before Thanksgiving that our petition is sitting on some supervisor's desk. I was told that sometimes supervisors review other officers' work. Needless to say, I had a lousy (teary) holiday. I painted almost my entire condo to keep occupied----the livingroom, kitchen, hall and my bedroom!!!!

I called my congressman this week (ZERO HELP).

I called yesterday and got a great officer who couldn't understand why it was just sitting. She said she would walk over to that office and check on it and call me back. SHE ACTUALLY CALLED ME BACK about 10 minutes later (to inform me that yesterday (Monday) was the supervisor's day off). She said she would check on it first thing this morning and call me today (Tuesday). I told her I understood how much work is there but my goal was to just get our petition on the perverbial pallet to NVC this week! She totally understood. Keep your prayers for our petition to be moved to NVC this week gang. I cannot lose faith that Ramzis will have his interview in January. The faithfully patient, Alane & Ramzis

I got my visa on 21st nov, flew on 24 nov. interview at the embassy wasnt real interview, not many questions, they didnt want to see much evidence. Immigration in new york was ok too, kind officers, i got work permit for 90 days. And now i m here, with my love

Well im back from seeing Leidy, she is doing much better!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also my petition was received at the Embassy last Friday and the Packet 3 was sent out yesterday!!!

But i still see that Mirla and many others are not approved!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try calling NVC on your own...thats what i did...just give your cAse number and ask if they have it and if has been sent to the embassy...(603)334-0700
