Oh my gosh Byron..I hadn't read the whole thread until now...I'm sorry for your loss and I'll be saying some prayers for the two of you. It's so hard to be this far away when there's an emergency..I know exactly how it feels. Please keep us posted (F)

Thank you very much!!! Yeah it is hard to be away during these hard times...I spoke to her sister about half hour ago and the tube was removed from her throat but she still has the air tubes through her nostrils....so far thank God things are going OK ....She still has to spend another night in the hospital for observation....Thank you everybody for the Prayers!!

I suffer of asthma, so I know how hard it is... and how bad you feel right now very far away from her..but just a little bit more and done! together at last and we will be here to share with you your happiness !!!

Thanks Yazz!! I cant imagine what it feels like to want to breathy and not be able to....Even more i cant imagine having a tube down my throat...I feel so bad...I wish i could switch things and me be the one going through this instead of Leidy!!!

When it rains it pours. I finally got through to my fiancee. She was in a minor accident today on her way to work. She is at home now with a hurt arm. I don't know what happened as she was crying so much when she was telling me. She said something about a motor bike. I just hope she was not on one of those death traps....and if one hit her? :angry: I'd love to get my hands on the driver. I hate the helpless feeling of not being able to do anything about her hurting. All I can do is send her flowers. :( Doesn't really help, but maybe it will take her mind off the event.

Im going through the same feeling!!!!!!!!!!! So hard to be so far and not be able to be by Leidy's side as she lays alone in a hospital bed because of her severe asthma attack!!!! The thought of her having tubes down her throat eventhough they took them out a little while ago...kills me!!! Now she is just left with the tubes in her nostrils. Jamie76 thank God she is OK now. But like i said i know the helpless feeling of being far away!!!!!!!!!

Since i have been with Leidy i have not gone a single night without hearing her voice and telling her " i love you"....God i miss her....God protect and cure her please and bring her back to me...I Love You Leidy!!!! :(

Sorry to hear about the problems you are all having. Our prayers are certainly with you.

Arlyn and I are always anxious when the other is injured, ill or just plain stressed from work. There's really nothing you can do but cheer each other up during those times.

We'll sometimes send cards, flowers, chocolates or write each other a poem. Anything to cheer the other up, and we've both had our moments where the other was helpless in helping the other.

It's a terrible feeling in any case.

Lord be with you all during such trying times.

Hi Rodgiegirl. I think I read a post several days ago, where someone said petitions had been sent from CSC to NVC on Nov. 9. Hopefully yours was mailed at that time. Good luck!!
