Will it pose a problem if I still do not have my NAO2?

They have not mailed me my NAO1 or my NAO2.

I have verified that the address is correct a few times.

They have my email too.

I even called and had them ship me another copy, but still nothing in my mail.

What can I do about this ?

Email them here CSC.NoNotice@DHS.Gov and tell them you have not received your NOA2 hard copy yet.

Thank you, I sent them an email right away. I'm hoping that works!

Will they email me a copy of it perhaps?

I just called the embassy in Manila (011-632-301-3000 Grace at ext. 5184) She confirmed they have the petition but advised me that NOTHING has been mailed to Liberty yet. Just as I thought, the DOS guy was mistaken yesterday. But she did say that they received the petition on Nov 6th, and that the petition became "documentarily qualified" today. I take that to mean that the electronic file arrived on the 6th and the hard copy arrived today. Can anyone confirm my thoughts? Does anyone know exactly what documentarily qualified means, or what happens after a case achieves that status? My hopes are still high, but a Dec. date seems to be slipping away....

Here are some descriptions of "Documentarily Qualified" along with the reference links...

http://usembassy.state.gov/manila/wwwh3023.html

The Importance of Becoming “Documentarily Qualified”

All case processing for Manila, including appointment scheduling, is generally done at the National Visa Center (NVC) in the U.S. An applicant’s case number does not determine his or her position in the scheduling queue. Once a case is current, the applicant’s place in the scheduling queue will be determined by the date all the necessary, completed documents are received at NVC. Then the case becomes “documentarily qualified.”

http://www.visalaw.com/95jun/4june.html

Applications by appointment only. Manila accommodates emergency interviews. Interviews are usually scheduled within four to six weeks after an applicant has a current priority date and is reported documentarily qualified.

http://www.travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/glos...ssary_1363.html

Documentarily Qualified: Refers to an immigrant visa applicant who has: 1) returned Form DS 2001 (from the Instruction Package) to visa-issuing post (or in some cases, to the National Visa Center), OR 2) informed post in another way that he/she has all the documents for his/her immigrant visa application, and the post has completed its clearance procedures.

Thank you, I sent them an email right away. I'm hoping that works!

Will they email me a copy of it perhaps?

I contacted them by email, and the system just gave me an automated response.

It stated that my case was approved on Oct 4th, etc etc., and that the case was already received by the Manila Consulate. I was basically given redundant information I already knew.

They did nothing to assist me with the NAO2 Hard Copy--in fact that request was ignored completely.

Yesterday, I received the letter from the NVC stating our case #, etc, so I know there's not a problem with the address.

Yet, the CSC has not sent me either an NAO1 or an NAO2.

Is there another option available?
