I got a RFE today....! Almost 6 months and a RFE!!!?? :wacko:

I'm SO SORRY that happened! It's not fair! Haven't you been waiting long enough? But the bright side is there's finally some life at VSC and once you get your RFE submitted they usually process it very quickly. So hang in there, you're almost there! :thumbs:

hi guys! there were 30 Approvals not a lot from this post, ####### is going on? I'm furious! will call USCIS on Monday or Tuesday.

You're not alone, we filed on the same day, same service center, still waiting for NOA2 until now. This is taking us way too long. I called USCIS on October 25, the service rep on the phone told me that I still have to wait for 60 days. Well, I hope we can get our approvals soon. Good luck to all of us still waiting. :innocent:

YES!!!! NOA-2!!!! APPROVED!!!

Checked the USCIS website this morning and the petition was approved yesterday. My account was touched yesterday and the website was updated sometime between 7 pm last night and 9 am this morning. Finally, the long wait for the NOA-2 is over.

Now comes the wait for petitions to be sent to NVC!

Thanks for all the support and kind words from everyone, it really helps get thru this mess! Good luck to all apporved and those still in the wait!

For any Japan filers, the Tokyo embassy moves extremely fast. Sayaka just received her interview date for 12/3. Looks like we will be coming back from Japan together when I go to visit!

I just hope NVC will sent our petition soon to the embassy. I can't believe it takes more then 2 weeks just because we changed the embassy. They don't know what they're doing. The only good thing is it takes 10-14 days after packet 3 is received to the interview.
