I hope that they did not generate RFE for a stupid reason like more evidence. I hope that it is simply and easy to fix. You should be fine. Almost there. Once you send your RFE and you should be approved soon. RFE is not something bad. They just need additonal document or just simply missing document.

Thanks sunshine and everyone else!!!! I think a RFE at this point is crazy but there's nothing we can do about it....I don't understand what more evidence they want you know!!! We sent pics and the stuff that was required......I think they need to stop the RFE thing......it doesn't make sense you know....they have all this database and ways to get info about all of us you know what I mean...

Sorry to hear about your RFE Mirla. Hopefully, it is something simple like others have said. Just hang in there girl and before you know it, you'll get good news and be on your way to joining your finance. Best wishes for a quick turn around on the info they want. Just hang in there. God Bless,,,,,,,

First off congrats to everyone who had good news! That is SUCH a wonderful feeling - to finally have stuff happen on your file! I really couldn't be happier for you guys!

To everyone still waiting, my heart truly goes out to you. I know we're supposed to be uber positive on here, but I also know it's really hard to keep that smile on your face all the time. ALL of our files will be worked on eventually. "Eventually" isn't much comfort; but this will end. We will ALL be able to look back and remember what we went through for our relationships. Think of it this way: all of us will share in a collective roll of the eyes whenever a friend who dated and married within their own country complains about something silly. How petty will it seem to us when a pal says his wife's horrible driving is making him crazy? I like to think things like that will NEVER matter to me, having gone through what Adam and I went through (are going through) to be together.

Sorry, I guess I'm just having a bad night, and am trying to console myself. Kinda thinking out loud.

Ugh, what is this nonsense about it taking possibly 90 days for a big crate to fill up?! I can see sending all the approved petitions for the day, or possibly the week, together. But screwing up my life, seriously screwing it up, waiting for a crate to fill up, for MONTHS? No, I'm sorry. I draw the line there. I'm not stupid enough to think that anyone at USCIS really cares about the people in these files, but that's a little ridiculous. How much more "you're just a number" can you get?

Man I wish I was going to be in Cali any time soon. I'd march right up there and demand all of our files and take them to NVC myself, for everyone. No one deserves this. Hmm...think my boss would let me have paid time to do it? It is causing me emotional distress... ;)

Congratulations for recent approvals...I feel bad for everyone who had gotten RFE's. I was a victim of RFE too. I had sent my evidence back to them on last Friday. I will wait for tomorrow to find out in the mail or email...if not, I will call them.

I cannot imagine that the people at NVC are happy to get a huge pile of petitions at one time, instead of on a daily or weekly basis. You would think they would be screaming at CSC to get the problem solved with their shipping contractor.

I've submitted my RFE info and everyday I have a touch on my account, but nothing has happened yet. Seeing my account touched everday is driving me crazy! Do I get excited?? Do I get scared because they might find something else wrong?? Will it take 30 + days for my approved petiton to reach NVC??? This rollercoaster of emotions is NOT healthy!

The RFE has put me somewhere is the range of 14-20 behind schedule. (if I get the NOA-2 in the next 6 days) I should have been approved already! :crying:
