Mine opened just fine. There was just no info in the documents themselves. Just a subject header. The size of the documents indicate there should be more info in the file than just a subject header, so I'm not sure what's going on there.

The site would not let me upload an Excel file so that's why I made it an interactive HTML file.

Does everyone know you can get this data real-time from the Immigration Timelines area? What I posted is a snapshot from yesterday. If you go to Immigration Timelines you get the most current results. That is how I got the data I posted. Ask me if you have questions.

If you want the actual Excel XLS file just email me at tim@timhoward.com and I'll send it to you. Please put "K-1 May" or something that will catch my eye in the Subject line.

I have some news I called the USCIS and used the RFE trick this morning and the man I spoke with was some what helpfull. He told me that they were processing applications received on April 5th 2007. So I guess that means we should all be next, I knew this before calling but it gave me peice of mind to here it from them. Sooooo I pray for some May approvals.
