OMG!!! I just got home and there's my NOA2!!! Dated 10/18!! The website still says pending, but it's really here...Oh I hope all other May filers are in the mail too...damn..I can't type..I keep having to correct this!!

WOW! Congratulations! Do you have any idea when you were assigned to a case officer? You and I have almost exactly the same timeline, so I'm wondering if I should be check my mail carefully:)

I called last week and they said my case was assigned on the 16th. I got the hard copy in the mail today, but still no email or update change on the website. so, yes..check your mail box and best of luck to you :)

For those who didnt know i called today and i was told that on Oct 18th they sent me an RFE.... :crying::crying:

Now i have to get on my horrible lawyer's case....when i got my NOA1 it sat on her desk for almost 2 months and the only reason i found out about it was because i found out myself through the uscis site...I AM NOT GOING TO LET THAT HAPPEN WITH MY RFE!!!!!!!!!!!

2/17/07-Met in Bogota

4/20/07-returned to Bogota to see her

5/18/07-sent out I129f

5/19/07-returned to Bogota to see her

5/21/07-received at VCS

5/28/07-Received NOA1
