All May filers will be approved eventually....I have a strong feeling about this!!!!! It just takes time......

Well yes...eventually is the key word. The sun will eventually burn out. Let's hope the USCIS is a little faster than that.

The adjudicators have been working very long hours at both CSC & VSC. They are required to adjudicate petitions faster than ever before.....They have spent very little time with their families at home. I know now, that they do care for us the most!!!!!!! They will approve 20 petitions this week, just on VJ alone.

Hopefully they will approve at least 30!!!

I phoned up the State Department today and they told me I have an interview date for 7th November at 8:30 I hope that packet 3 arrives with the medical questionaire before my medical at the end of October.

Do you need to prepare for Packet 3? I never heard that before....I thought it just arrives....

I thought she was saying that she wished she would've prepared sooner, maybe I'm mistaken........what is in packet three??

They just ask for a lot of documents, I-134, immunization records, former marriage (if applicable) and divorce decree, etc. The police certificate is the one document that we've had most trouble with as for some reason it wasn't clear what district my fiance was supposed to get it and he was made to go from piller to post trying to find the right location. We've finally got that ordered and immunization records should be arriving soon. Then he can send in the check list and book his appointment with the doctor... my head hurts just thinking of all of it...

Ahh, USCIS is soo slow. I want all may filers to be approved right now!!!

I went to USCIS website and they updated. Now the laters application date April 12th is the one they are processing.

I still haven't received Packet 3 in the mail yet but my fiance got a letter from NVC telling us that the petition was being transferred to London and giving us the LND case number. I waited a week for Packet 3 but then there was the strike so I printed off the scan of packet 3 from here http://www.visajourney.com/gallery/thumbna...y&uid=30186 and filled in the requested documents from here http://www.state.gov/m/a/dir/forms/ which seemed to be more up to date than those on the London Embassy site. I sent in the forms with a copy of the checklist from the scan by DHL Lite courier service. I am glad I did because I have still not received packet 3 yet. The police certificate is important to get as you will wait around 40 days for it and it is valid for a year. The scan will show details of what you need for the embassy.
