Mirla, Byron I feel this terrible throbbing in my head :bonk: and I think I see dead people. Please make it stop. :help: I need my approval and two aspirins.

Not only two aspirins, I need antibiotics for this flu so I can celebrate this week when my approval comes!!!!

Please.....VSC!!!! I want my approval tomorrow!!!!! I don't care if I'm still sick, I will celebrate anyways ;)

Ask Byron. He was told his was assigned weeks ago and nada.

I think they say that to get you off the phone <_<

Which is TOTALLY horrible! I can't believe they do that! But it's like my fiance says, we aren't real people to them necessarily, just a bunch of case numbers. That just sucks. :angry:

August 22, 2007 - called USCIS and found out we were APPROVED on August 18, 2007

Bundy: Would like to find out your status on the RFE. Did you get the hard copy yet and what do they need from you? I still have not gotten mine yet; hopefully today. They said it was mailed out on Oct 9th. It is the 15th now. I live in California too.

just an fyi for filers in the UK, my fiance called the US embassy since it had been about 2 1/2 weeks since we sent back our packet 3 and hadn't heard... with that lovely postal strike.... and we have our interview date on november 1st! it's moving quicker now... fingers still crossed for thanskgiving....

hope everyone else's are moving along accordingly- any recent approvals from vsc? or do they take the fall off?

May 23rd checked cashed, NOA1 issued

May 29th Updated online, and sadly the last touch

May 30th - NOW Waiting, waiting and waitning, loosing patience....

August 30th APPPPROOOVVEEED NOA2 SENT!

Sept 10th - received NOA2 , dated on the 7th of Sept.

Sept 12th- file sent to UK

Sept 24th - received packet from US embassy (packet 3 is it?)

Sept 25th- sent off packet back to us embassy

Oct 12th- got interview date by calling US embassy

Oct 16th- medical exam in London , PASSED

Nov 1st - 8:30 am INTERVIEW AT US EMBASSY!!!!!!!!!!!!![

FINAL APPROVAL- Nov 1st!!!! Passport to be mailed with visa attached in 3-5 days!! YIPPEEEEEE

Nov 20th- Dave flies over for Thanksgiving & Forever!!!

No, I have not received anything yet. I was hoping I would get it in the mail today. You live in California and haven't received yours? I thought it was taking so long because I live in Florida! :crying: That is not a good sign!!!!!

I called CSC to get info on the RFE, but the guy said I would have to wait for the letter. He said there is nothing I can do but wait for the RFE letter! This stinks!

We are at 154 days from the "case received and pending" according the the USCIS web site....I am seeing a lot of people that filed later in the month being approved....this is very frustrating when you here the spill from the service center...."all applications are processed in the order they are received....YEAH RIGHT!!! I guess we all wold not be so frustrated if our applications would have been handled in a timely manner, or we would have know up front that it was going to be this long of a process.

You filed several weeks ahead of me so I do feel your pain and frustration. Even though I filed later, it still sucks when people get approved that filed after you. It is starting to happen with me now. I am very happy for these people but come on USCIS lets try to be fair about this process.

I have already checked the USCIS website about 10 times today, so I guess it's official; I am totally insane from this wait :wacko:

Please approval all the rest of us May filers this week USCIS. :thumbs:

this has got to be your week afterforever!!!! too close of a timeline to mine and i was approved onthe 10th!!! your right there!! just a lil bit more to go!!!

I phoned up the State Department today and they told me I have an interview date for 7th November at 8:30 :dance: :dance: :dance: I hope that packet 3 arrives with the medical questionaire before my medical at the end of October.

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment
