Well they said they are working overtime and weekends which should have meant that we should have seen approvals both yesterday and today...I don't see any. Nice job USCIS

Did you call and use the RFE to find out? I hope we get approved very very soon. Like you I want to be with my fiancee for the hoidays. Good luck

USCIS is resting now....But, they will adjudicate at least 5 approvals next week, and then they will rest again for a while. I think that I've got them all figured out now..... :)

Lately they have been approving about 3 a day (average). Hope they increase that number for everybody's sake.

Yeah, I called twice the first time I asked about an RFE, and then the lady said, "your application was in route to an officer" that was on the 5th and this last friday I called again and I talked with a man he said, "You case was assigned on the 6th, so give it a few weeks if you don't hear anything than call back."

So yeah, I hope I will hear something this week, I'm sure it will happen........maybe by Tuesday.

We are at 154 days from the "case received and pending" according the the USCIS web site....I am seeing a lot of people that filed later in the month being approved....this is very frustrating when you here the spill from the service center...."all applications are processed in the order they are received....YEAH RIGHT!!! I guess we all wold not be so frustrated if our applications would have been handled in a timely manner, or we would have know up front that it was going to be this long of a process.

You filed several weeks ahead of me so I do feel your pain and frustration. Even though I filed later, it still sucks when people get approved that filed after you. It is starting to happen with me now. I am very happy for these people but come on USCIS lets try to be fair about this process.

I have already checked the USCIS website about 10 times today, so I guess it's official; I am totally insane from this wait

Please approval all the rest of us May filers this week USCIS.
