Bryon, I am dying here myself. This waiting game is definitely getting harder each day that passes by without an approval. I am hoping for our approvals very very soon now. Good luck everybody :thumbs:

These long distance relationships are hard enough!!!!!!!!!!!!

The waiting does not make them any easier!!!

I think EVERYONE no matter how much they have trust in their SO has their doubts at times because of the distance

Byron, I agree with you....this is hard.....but not for long....once you get your approval, time will fly! Don't worry, ouor time is coming very very very soon!!!!! Let's do our best to remain positive my friend :)

Byron and Mirla 0 I've been away from the site for awhile due to a new job and getting ready to move but thought FOR SURE you'd been approved by now. I am stunned that you haven't had any action. :o I;m also angry that it is taking so long for them to get the rest of the May Filers APPROVED! What the hell is going on I wonder??

April 24, 2007 - I-129F received at NSC

May 18, 2007 - I-129F received at CSC

August 22, 2007 - called USCIS and found out we were APPROVED on August 18, 2007

August 22, 2007 - received email from CRIS, late afternoon, saying we were approved

September 10, 2007 - NVC RECEIVED! YAY!

September 12, 2007 - Left NVC on it's way to Dublin! WAHOOOO!

September 28, 2007 - Packet 3 Received

November 1, 2007 - Medical

November 8, 2007 - Packet 3 Sent to Embassy

December 7, 2007 INTERVIEW!!!

APPROVED!!!!

December 19, 2007 **Alan arrives in Seattle**

WEDDING DATE Valentines day 2008

February 25, 2008 - AOS Packet sent

March 24, 2008 - BIOMETRICS

April 30, 2008 - EAD APPROVED!

October 24 - INTERVIEW!!!!!!

December 11, 2008 - Approved! Green Card being generated. YAY!

4/6/07 - Contacted attorney John Roth

5/1/07 - Petition mailed to Texas Service Center

5/7/07 - NOA1 - Petition at CSC

9/19/07 - Approved!! NOA2 - 139 days from filing!!! (mine and several other VJ members petitions were delayed in the mail room on this approval date)

9/20/07 - Postmark for NOA2 hardcopy

9/24/07 - Hardcopy NOA2 received

10/26/07 - Sent to NVC - 43 Days from NOA2 (2 weeks late thanks to the fine folks at CSC mail room!)

11/02/07 - Case received at NVC - Finally!

11/06/07 - Case left NVC - Finally efficient results from the government!

11/14/07 - DOS advises packet has been mailed to Beth. No dates given yet...

11/15/07 - Grace at USE says nothing mailed to Liberty yet.

But she became "documentarily qualified" today, so check back soon.

11-19-07 - Dates assigned on the website!

11-20-07 - Packet 4 postmarked

11-27-07 - Packet arrives

12-07-07 - Copy of Appointment letter arrives in USA. postmark date: 12-05-07

12-27-07 - Assigned Medical Date

12-20 & 21 - Early Medical -- COMPLETED

01-03-08 - USEM Interview -- Approved!!

01-08-08 - Visa pick-up at USEM (3 business days wait because of weekend)

I have been with my fiancee for over 3 years now, so we do not have trust issues any longer ( in the beginning we did have our trials like most people though).

I do agree that long distance relationships are extremely hard because your mind can play games with you and you start thinking things that are not remotely true. In adddition, we all want to be with our loved ones. It is hard talking on the phone and the internet is even worse.

I have been waiting 3 years for the right time to file for our visa. Who would have ever known that when I file, USCIS whould start approving cases at their slowest rate in their history. In addition, NVC clearance times has increased dramatically. Watch, next year at this time approval times will be 90 days or less again.

I hope we get approved this week. I am just tired of this whole process.

Yes, I got a touch on a Sunday and they sent out my approval notice the next day. :thumbs:

On a bright note, one of those approval was from VSC. Hopefully it's a good sign they can get more approvals rolling!!
