We were APPROVED last night!!!!! Email sent at 11:15pm!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH I'm so happy! I hope you all hear of your approvals soon! My receipt date was May 25th, and it was transferred and received by CSC on June 12th. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!!

THANK YOU EVERYONE on the congrats! It really means so much, after I told my fiance the great news I said "Ok, ok, I'll call you back, I have to tell my Visajourney friends!" The support on this board is amazing, it really has helped me get through the wait so far.

Yes, I did have a touch yesterday, but that was the only one prior to my approval without a phone call. Weird, I got touched yesterday and the email was sent yesterday, but I also got a touch today? Who knows?????

Those of you at VSC, have you tried calling??!!? Seeing if there is life?!

Any news from May Filers with NOA2 Approval and how long the NVC is taking?

For example, my NOA2 date is 9-24-07 and I received the hardcopy on 9-28-07. Since then nothing...

We have the same NOA2 date. I haven't heard anything either. From what I can see its been taking around 30 days for petitions at CSC to reach the NVC.

We are so close that it is very hard not you get your hopes up.

This is getting totally nerve wracking. USCIS approval all us May

filers this week. I am definitely getting tired of checking the USCIS

website every 10 minutes. Enough is enough :blink:

I don't at all mean to burst your bubble, but every time I have called I have gotten a touch on the following day. For example, I called yesterday around 3:30PM Pacific time and got a touch at around 11:30AM Pacific today. Either way, I hope you and I both (and everyone else that has been waiting far too long but has not yet heard ANYTHING) get approved soon!! Patience is a virtue, as it's said..

Does anyone have any idea how many K1 visas are really filed at VSC and CSC? I wish everyone who filed was here on VJ so we had better numbers. I hope at least 80% of filers are here on VJ...I wouldn´t like it if there were less than like 50% of total number of filers here on VJ.. :wacko:

Oh Byron, I'm so sorry you had to deal with such an A$$hole :( As if it's bad enough all this torturous waiting and stress, then they treat you like that. I'm amazed how unsympathetic they are. They should be separated from their loved ones and then they would know how horrible it is.

But try not to let that jerk get to you. He is a miserable human being who doesn't care about other people.

I know you and all the other VSC filers will be approved soon. There WILL be an end to this eventually. We are all praying for you guys!

I was told that if you continue to call USCIS, your account is noted in their computer system? Is that true? Can they make a notation if you use the RFE trick to often or if you call to much??

Now for the wait to go to NVC and on to Manila. .....Dont give up hope people.. :thumbs:
