We were APPROVED last night!!!!! Email sent at 11:15pm!!!!! AHHHHHHHHH I'm so happy! I hope you all hear of your approvals soon! My receipt date was May 25th, and it was transferred and received by CSC on June 12th. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!!

I feel soooooo down not seeing any activity out of VSC......I feel very hapy seeing all the CSC May filers getting approved but damn does it feel horrible not to see a thing from VSC!!!! I have a knot in my throat because of how bad it feels and how much of a hopeless feeling i have!!

Any approvals today? :blink:

I called yesterday with the RFE trick---I got a nice guy but not too smart. He said they were processing the March applications. So WE KNOW that's not right. Even with my call yesterday no touch on the website. Does anybody else feel up to calling today? Maybe I should call again----maybe I'll get somebody honestly helpful. The ever patient Alane & Ramzis

I did the same thing yesterday. As a matter of fact of fact, I called 3 times yesterday, spoke to 3 different people, and got the same bogus answers: "We're working on cases back in March. You should get an answer in 3 months". Well we all know that's a bunch of #######! I'm expecting this month to be my month and everybody else's month too. WE'RE TIRED OF WAITING!!!!!! :help:

Unbelieveable!!!!!!!!!!! And to think i told Leidy to stop trying to get a tourist visa and let's do things the right way and get the fiance visa....I have come to hate this process now!!! I know that they have a bunch of work but C'mon, NO activity out of VSC at all whatsoever when it comes to K1 petitions....A bunch of BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish they could feel the way i'm feeling today instead of worrying about all the work related petitions and the tax money these petiotions will generate.....But like the saying goes " Money Talks and BS walks" So i guess i just keep walking along! :crying:

Hey guys, please tell me something.....I called USCIS again, becuase after a call on Friday I recieved 4 touches. So I called agian today, and I talked to a nice lady, and after researching my case she said that it's been assigned. And that I should hear somthing within 30days. I asked if it was an RFE and she no, not that I can see, then she checked my address and said okay, just wait for the notice in the mail.

??????

Is she talking about my approval NOA2 or what?? And does it really take 30 days, if I'm really assigned to an officer???

By the way I filed 140days ago. With NCS, and then forwarded to CSC.
